Amenities at Old Tree's include a private free-form swimming pool just for residents which is only steps away from the spectactular beach via lush tropical gardens. You'll have direct access to Paynes Bay Beach, an impeccable bay famous for it's white sand and sea turtles. The calm waters are great for swimming, snorkelling and water sports. Private sun loungers and umbrellas are provided as well as an enviable beach butler service.

Two stand up paddle boards and two kayaks are shared among the development and available to all guests free of charge from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

Old Trees offers 24 hour security, electric gates at the entrance and has a full management staff and concierge.
