Just steps from the Caribbean Sea, Firefly is positioned in a prime location on the West Coast of Barbados.

Location

Situated in the sought-after Paynes Bay area, you are close to all the finest West Coast amenities; world-class waterfront restaurants, designer duty-free shopping and championship golf courses to name a few. You could be sharing the immaculate beach with famous faces who regularly spend time at One Sandy Lane which is one of Firefly's beach neighbours.

Firefly is within walking distance of Daphnes restaurant and the world famous Cliff restaurant and Sandy Lane Hotel is just a short stroll along the beach. The beach is great for exercising along in the morning or enjoying a romantic saunter as the sun goes down. One of the nicest things to do on the beach is to enjoy cocktails on your Old Trees sun loungers as you watch the sun go down and catch sight of the green flash!

Island Life

For the more active holiday jaunt, there are lots of options for an action packed trip from surfing on the South coast, kayaking and paddle boarding (included in Old trees facilities) to waterskiing, wake boarding and snorkelling to see the turtles all directly off your beach. There's also sight seeing tours, scuba diving, horse racing, polo, horse back riding along the beach, golf and tennis lessons and then there's Lime Grove shopping mall and cinema (all of which can be organised by the concierge at additional cost).

Holetown is a short drive away with all of its shopping, nightlife and restaurants such as Tides, Fusion Rooftop, Nishi and many many more. A short 7 mins drive away is the renowned Lone Star restaurant, perfect for breakfast and a glamorous beach front setting for evening dinner. We will be happy to advise you on any restaurants and booking activities once you've made your booking.
